Most, but not all, of my paintings express views on current social and political issues in our world and how we may respond to such events, focusing on individual realizations and what these moments look and feel like. In these paintings, I explore the psyche of contemplation, perseverance and resiliency as one is confronted with doubt, defenselessness and insecurity.
The compositions invoke varying degrees of tension and desire, introducing the sensitivities and Some of the works I make simply for the sake of creating: nothing more, nothing less. That is one of the beauties of art. |
